Return Policy

HerVibes Clothing – 7 Days Return & Refund Policy

At HerVibes Clothing, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a simple and transparent 7-day return & refund policy.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the item meets the following conditions:

  • Product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • All tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact

  • Product should not be damaged, altered, or show any signs of use

  • Return is applicable only for full-priced items (not applicable on clearance/sale items unless damaged)


2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Innerwear, Lingerie, Nightwear

  • Accessories (Jewelry, Hair Accessories, etc.)

  • Items purchased during flash sales or heavy discounts

  • Customized or altered products


3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at support@hervibesclothing.in or WhatsApp our team with your order ID and reason for return

  2. Our team will verify the request and arrange a reverse pickup (if available in your area)

  3. Please keep the product ready in its original packaging

  4. Once the product reaches our warehouse and passes the quality check, we will process your refund or exchange


4. Refund Policy

Refunds will be issued after your returned item clears our quality inspection:

  • Prepaid Orders: Refund will be credited to your original payment method or as store credit

  • COD Orders: Refund will be issued as store credit/wallet credit only

  • Refund processing time: 3–7 working days after QC approval

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable


5. Exchange Policy

You may request an exchange for:

  • Size change

  • Color change

  • Replacement for damaged/defective product

If the requested replacement is unavailable, we will issue store credit.


6. Order Cancellation

  • You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it

  • Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled; you may request a return after delivery


7. Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours with unboxing photos/videos. We will arrange a free replacement.
